Crooksville Boy Scouts Are BusyCROOKSVILLE — Crooksville Boy Scout Troop No. 50 was formed December 28. 1944 m the Free Methodist church. The council consisted of* Fred Cannon. Ear! Starches. John Jewett, Ward Seely and Forest Burtev, with Hurl' Got; as scoutmaster. Since that time liber Yoder has become Scoutmaster with Gerald Blackford his assistant. The present council is Fred Cannon as committee cratrms” ar-d District. Corijrlssxr.cr, Earl Starch^r. treasurer. Deimar Hoops. committeeman.This troop has been represented at Camp Zane by: Eddie Hoops, Dv.-gnt Tstman, Tom Brsnrton. Dave Harper. Jack Trussell. Brian Gibbs. Bill Levering and Alan Canncr. The leader at Camp was Dave Harper senior patrol leader. Soon after they returned Bill Burley became Junior Scoutmaster; Alar. Cannon, troop secretary; Fred Canrson took the members of the council to camp Zane for a District meeting.
