Real property estimated in value at $1,000 and personal at $500 and upwards are disposed of in the will of Fred E. Austin, who died in Kushford, Oct. 14, 1932, A son, Harry E. Austin of Olcan was named sole executor. Thurr.a Browning Austin, widow, was willed $2,000 and life use of the balance of the estate. After the widow's death the estate will be equally divided between three sons and two daughters: Harry E.Austin, Olean; William'W. A'ustin, Olean; Leslie M. Austin, Lakeland, •Fla.; Rena M. Butter, Olean, and Ada E. Drew, Rush ford. I
