Mrs. George Allen, who resided on Prairie Creek in Fulton town ship, died the first of the week as a result of childbirth. A child was born to her three weeks ago, and she had been dismissed by her physician. Complications set in, however, and death resulted. She was 28 years of age, and her mai den name was Jackson. Her moth er died while she was a baby, and she was raised by Riley Richard son. She was the mother of five children. The funeral services were conducted Wednesday after noon at Cooper Chapel, with inter ment in the Cooper cemetery.
