EXHIBIT “‘A” FIRST TRACT: All that cer tain tract, piece or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of DeWitt, State of Texas, being a part of the Abe dnego Biddy League, Abstract No. 63, and described by bounds as follows: Bounded on the Northwest by a tract of land containing 216 acres owned by the C. A. Kaiser Estate; — Bounded on the Southwest by a 95 acer tract of land owned by C. W. Adams; Bounded on the Southeast by two tracts of land being first a tract of 276.9 acres owned by Sam Adams and second, a tract of 200 acres of land owned by Co. T. Matthew Estate, covered by this lease, and described herein belay as ‘‘Third Tract’; and Bounded on the Northeast by the Southwest side of a 38 acre tract of land owned by the C. T. Matthew Estate covered by this lease, and described herelin be low as the “Third Tract’, said First Tract containing within the above bounds 100 acres of land and being the same. 100 acres conveyed to C. T. Matt hew by F. Mergenthal dated October 8, 1930, and of record in Volume 101, Page 414-415, Deed Records of DeWitt County, Texas. T. Matthew Estate, and des cribed as First Tract herein above) from which a live oak marked “X bears S. 42 1/2 W. 6.7 varns, and a live oak 4 feet in diameter marked bears N. 52 1/4 E. 67 varas; THENCE N. 38 1/2 W. 424 varas to a stake, Jim Taylor's N. corner from which a live oak marked ‘‘X ” bears S. 60 1/2 E, 2-1/5 varas; THENCE N. 50 3/4 E. 500 var as to a large P. O. marked “ZX on the E. boundary line of the A. Biddy League; THENCE S. 38 1/2 F2. with the E. boundary line of said Biddy League 437 varas to a stake In the said boundary line from which a B. FOURTH TRACT: All that cer tain tract or parcel of land ly ing and being situated in De Witt County, Texas, and being a part of the Abednego Biddy League, Abstract No. 63, and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a stake in the Northeast line of the A. Biddy League, which stake and point of beginning for this tract is the Northernmost East corner of a 56 acre tract owned by Co. T. Matthew Estate as cov ered by this lease and describ ed” herein below as ‘Sixth Tract’, from said stake and point of beginning a black jack marked “R’’ bears N. 38 1/2 W. 41/2 varas; THENCE N. 38 1/2 W. with said N. E. line of the A. Biddy League 733 varas a stake from which a black jack marked ‘X” bears S. 65 E. 4 varas; THENCE §. 63 1/2 W. with the Southeast line of the Co. T. Matthews Estate 200 acre tract described herein above as ‘Third Tract’ at 780 varas a stake from which a live oak marked ‘X' bears N. 81 1/2 W. 4 1/5 varas and a B. J. Fischer, Receiver, to C. T. Matthew, recorded in Volume 108, Page 523-524 of the Deed Records of DeWitt County, Texas. FIFTH TRACT: All that certain tract or parcel of land, a part of the Uriah Blue 1/3 League, Ab stract No. 61, in DeWitt County, Texas, situated approximately 12 miles East of Cuero, Texas, and more particularly describ ed as follows: . BEGINNING at a stake on the Southwest, line of the Uriah Blue 1/3 League for the North corner of the C. T. Matthew Estate 50 acre tract described herein above as ‘Fourth Tract’’; THENCE N’ 63 1/2 E. 457 va rns to a corner of this tract; THENCE S. 38 1/2 E. to a point on the N. W. line of a tract of 69 acres owned by the Co. T. Matthew Estate herein below described as 'Eighth Tract’, said point being the FE. corner of this tract of 54 acres; THENCE S. 58 W. to a stake on the S.W. line of said Uriah Blue 1/3 League, the South cor ner of “Fourth” tract describ ed herein above, and the most Northerly East corner of ‘the “Sixth Tract'’ herein being des cribed, for the South corner of this tract of 54 acres: THENCE N, 38 1/2 W. with said S.
