3TRIP MINE INJUNCTIONVERDICT TO BE APPEALEDThe name of Freeburg, our fair dty, may find it's way to the files f the United States Supreme -court, .t became evident, following the re-argument of the case before Federal Judge Wham at East St Louis Thursday.Denied its plea for an injunction to restrain members of the Progressive Miners of America from “interfering” with the operation of the 'mine, the United Electric Coal Co. petitioned the court to vacate its final decree entered Dec. 21st.The case apparently is headed for the seventh federal court of appeals In ^Chicago, From there it may go to the supreme courtJudge Fred L. Wham said, when the arguments of attorneys ended: “I'll take .the case under advisement It will not^be necessary to call counsel together, again. There are many interesting points involved here and I, for one* shall be happy to have the* court of, appeals speak on it”.
