NegToes on Juries,Hereafter negroes are to be placed on the Warren county jury lists. During the past several years the names of all negroes have been excluded froru the jury lists. At a recent session of the supreme court the case of a negro charged with murder was reversed and remanded because negroes were not permitted to serve on the jury. On this account the supervisors have decided to place names of negroes on the jury list hereafter.
