James Shot well had bean mortally -hot by Kolia V\ bite White wa« held under guard in .1 bulIditiif and owing to threats of an attack, deputies were asked from Williamsburg. Before Lhoso arrived the building wan attacked with dyna-mite and the other casualties incurred. Shotweil and vVhito met at noon at a street corner near the Louisville Nashville depot. There had been bad feeling between them and almost immediately »tie trouble began. No one was near enough to hear any words that pas/cd, but throe women were standing at some distance and saw the -hooting. The dead are Susan Cox,bystander, killed by a Ptrar shot. Sutton l-'arris, killed by explosion. The wounded are: James Shot well, fatally shot, by Kolia White, Hadley Bradley, Injured by explosion, Percy Cooper Injured by explosion: unknown traveling man, injured by explosion.
