II. Cow lei, went to Limbo and looked over the ground. He came to Wadsworth and notified the editor of the Dispatch of his discoveries. The matter was investigated and the Dispatch published the results and called for Buster's arrest, stating that every statement made would be substantiated.The Humboldt authorities would not act for some time and Constable Lothrop began to press matters, the result being the arrest and ultimate confession of Buster.
