The Infectious Diseases Notification Act— The Sanitary Committee reported that they ■were informed that the subject of issuing an amended form of certificate tinder the Infectious Disease (Notification) Act is under the consideration of the Local Government Board, and they recommended that the Clerk be instructed to write to such Board, suggesting that the form of the certificate be amended . so as to include the residence of the medical practitioner,the sex and age of the patient,and information, as to whether the case occurred in the private practice of the medical practitioner or in his practice as medical officer of any public body or institution.— The recommendation was adopted.#■ ■ a V v r* W* V a
