Sai.es of Real Estate.—Several pieces of real estate ■were disposed of | at public sale at the front door of theCourt House this afternoon. A tract in Island Creek township belonging- to the heirs of Samuel 31orton, deceased, ■was sold to Darwin Hex, for $6,47 5. The Richardson property on Salt Run, containing ten acres, brought $700. J. V. Tarr, purchaser, and an out-lot I in East Springfield was sold to 3Ir. Baird, of that place for $142. j
