Cleveland Widow Says She Hired Rather Case Woman To Poison Husband PAID OUT OF HIS INSURANCE, CHARGE Police in Youngstown and Other Cities Searching For Wanted Woman CLEVELAND. Jan. 17—Cleve land police were spreading a wide net today for Mrs. Emma Colavito, one of the leading figures in the Raber murder case which caused a wide sensation in the summer of 1921 following an alleged confes sion late yesterday by Mrs. Fannie Costanzo, 22, that she had hired Mrs. Colavito to poison her hus band, Antony Costanzo, who died under mysterious circumstances here In February, 1920. County authorities today were to exhume Costanzo's remai to determine whether or not poison was the agency of death. According to Prosecutor Edward ©. Stanton, there will be no crand jurs aec tion taken until Mrs. Colavito is found and the chemical analysis of the remains are completed. Meanwhile however Mrs. Cos tanzo is held in jail on a charge of murder and a warrant charging the same crime as been issued for Mrs. Colavite, who was son successfully by Yengst yesterday to which city she had moved following her act of complicity in the murder of Daniel PL Kaber, wealthy publisher.
