There is some probability of having at least one ascension. The halloon goes up to a great distance, and a man ou the cross-bar cuts himself loose and descends by the menus of a parachute to the ground. The perilous trip has been accomplished a number of times by Prof. Fisk, and we look forward with great anticipation to the event in Americus.
