I). 1851, thereof, and as Commissioner of said Court, appointed by said Decree, 1 will onThursday the I*t day of Jan., A. D. 1§52,! within the hours prescribed by law, on the premises hereinafter described, (situated near Prairie Point, Noxubee county, Mississippi,) sell, to the highest bidder, on a credit of six months, the following described tracts or parcels of land lying and being in the county of Noxubee, and State of Mississippi, and designated as follows, to-wit :The North-west part of Section 4, Township 15, and Range 19, Containing three hundred and forty and sixty-two hundredths of an acre. The North-east quarter of Section 5, Township 15, and Range 19 ; and the East half of the South-east quarter of Section 5. Township 15. and Range 19, containing in the whole, five hundred and eighty five acres and seventy six hundredths of an acre, and also: p Belwccn Fifty and Sixty Valuable and Ukely Negroes, Consisting of —A Men, Women and Children.
