S, Army, is a graduate of the Hack-ley School and St. Lawrence University, class of 1954. He is assistant treasurer of the Charles N. Mead Co., of which his father is president. The prospective bridegroom is a grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alexander MacLean of Rrorkport, and of the late Mr. and Mrs Warren Weslerveit Hig-gons of Port Chester.The wedding is planned for mid-March.
