'Her husband died sixteen years ago.Mrs. Folk was born In Pennsylvania. but had lived in Marion count'* with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James llruee, who settled near Waldo. They lived in Waldo township, only a short lime, however, when they moved into Pleasant township, where Mrs. Folk had lived continuously since.In spile of her advanced years. Mrs. Folk had bce.ii in good health, although very feeble. While walking in the house, a week ago last Wednesday. she loitered and fell, sustaining injuries, which hastened- her death from old age and complications.The deceased is survived by six children: Oran Folk, of near Frederick town; Frank alt;nd WiMiaui Folk, of near Green C Mrs. Lavina Sherman, of near Owens; Mrs. John Du It and Miss Mary Folk, of Pleasant township. One sister, Mrs. Isabelle Critien, of Motion. Indiana, *and one brother, Wesley Bruce, of near McCombs, Hancock con-uty, also survive.The funeral services were bold at the Pleasant church. Friday morning. at 9:30 o’clock, followed by interment in the Pleasant cemetery.
