Deadly Pistol Duel. Rosemark, Tenn., Jan. 15.—1). Wash ington Smith, a prominent planter, was shot and killed here in a pistol duel with M. W. Yarbrough. The lat ter was a tenant of Smith and the men were en route to Memphis to submit a money difference to arbitration. Yar brough escaped.
