Notice of Sale Under Deed of Trust-Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in a deed of trust executed by Chester Bright and wife, Ann Bright, to Junius Slocumb, Trustee, dated April 13, 1893, and registered in the office of the Register of Deeds of Wayne county, North Carolina In hook 66, page 188, the indebtedness therein secured being due and unpaid, the undersigned will on Tuesday, January 20th, 1914, at 12 o’clock m. at the court house door in Goldsboro sell by public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash the lands conveyed in said deed of trust, and therin described as follows: “A certain piece or parcel of land situate and being in the City of Goldsboro, North Carolina, fronting on William street in said city. Commencing at a stake on William street, the southwest corner of Mrs. Jane Thompson lot, and runs in a southerly direction with said William street, sixty feet and four inches to Mrs. L. D. Gid-dens corner, then in an easterly direction with Mrs. Giddens line to a stake in the southern line of Mrs. Jane Thompson's lot, then with her line in a westerly direction to the beginning, containing one-fourth of an acre, more or less.”This 18th day of Dec., 1913.JUNIUS SLOCUMB,Trustee.FIRE NDTICE
