APPOINTMENT OF AGENCY.These are to certify, that I, Thomas Paul, late of Philadelphia, now of the city of Baltimore, state of Maryland, inventor and sole proprietor of a medicine, known at present by the name of Paul’s Patent Columbian Oil, have appoinied, and by these presents, do hereby constitute and appoint Doctor John Love, of the city of Baltimore, druggist, my sole agent for the United States of Amoricn, and their dependencies, for the purpose of selling or vending the aforesaid Columbian Oil; and that he is hereby authorised to appoint an agent or agents under him, for the purpose aforesaid. This agency is to continue for the space or term of seven years, commencing this twenty third day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight undred and ten, to be fully completed and ended.Given under my hand and seal, the dayand date, first above written.THOMAS PAUL, l. s. Henry Kecrl, druggist, No. 223, sign of Celsus's Golden Head, next door to the Commercial and Farmer’s Bank, near the corner of Howard and Market streets. Messrs. Warner and Hannah, corner of Baltimore and Gay streets. John Vance and Co. No. 102, Baltimore street, and Hemy Dorry a-pothecary druggist, No. 5, Market street. Dr Jesse Talbott, Druggist, corner of Hanover and Market-strcets. Mr. A. Milten-berger, bookseller, between Liberty How-ard-streets, and Messrs G. and R. Waites lottery office, corner of St. Paul s Lane and Market-strcets, Nathaniel Knight, Fell’s-street, Fell’s Point.
