jjiai/U.We have been requested to insert a statement to the following tenor :il A negro woman named Rosanna, belonging to Eden estate, was tried on Thursday week for murder, and it being proved that shehad occasioned the death of a child, by administering some poisonous drug, the Jury brought her in guilty* but the Judges, in consequence ol certain extenuating circumstances, adjudged her to be transported.
