Hay Gilliland, but her attorney says he knows of no divorce plans.The Gillilands, married last May 3, tossed a $30,000 wedding celebration party at a Sunset Strip night club last June 2.Yesterday It was disclosed that she has sued her husband, 61, for $350,000, plus interest and attorneys’ fees, alleging that he has failed to live up to an agreement to pay her on demand for two promissory notes totaling $350,000. The complaint said the notes were executed shortly after their mar-)* riage.Mrs. Gilliland, 74, inherited 15 million dollars from her first husband, oilman George L. Machris.
