ObituaryCarl Allen, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. N. Allen of this place, was horn March 27. 1915 in Stilwell; j died Jan. 5, 1938 a t Phoenix.A riz.iHe attended our city schools,1 having graduated with the high school class of 1933 He was employed in Drug Stores here while attending school, and i n 1934, he went to Okla City where he was employed for a year, then went to Phoenix, Arizona in 1935 where he worked (or the Wal green drug store until Sept. 30. 1937 He then started to work for the Biuttmore Pharmacy, Oct. 15. 1937, and was employed atthat place at the time of his death.He was married to Miss Hetty Cook of Phoenix, Oct. 24. 1937.1 Carl made many friends in Stil-well, who are grieved to learn of his passing.Sarviving him are; His parents. Mr. and Mrs. H. N Allen; threebrothers, Fount of Fayetteville.Hurl of Phoenix, Ariz. and Hobof the home; two sisters, dfarjorie of Muskogee, Miss Car«en Lee of the home, and a host of rela. lives and sorrowing friends.Funeral services were conduct ed at the Methodist church here. Saturday at 2:30 hy Rev E. R. Hall, Pastor of the Christian church of this place Burial was in New Hope cemetery, under di. rection of Roberts Funeral Home.Pallbearers were former school mates and included Tom Arnold, Glenn Blakemore, W o o d r o w Gann, Harmon Fellows, Robert Lee Doherty and Byron Guthrie We extend our deepest sym.| pathy to this bereaved family.
