Mr. and Mrs Rup Lai Ohri of Valley Crest, La Canada, are former residents of Milwaukee.Mrs. Howard Herzberg, the bridegrooms sister, came from her home in Wauwatosa. Wis., to be matron of honor for the 8 o'clock ceremony performed by the Rev. Franklin H, Schott of Lutheran Church of the Foothills.La Canada.Mr. Herzberg served asusher. The wedding party also included the Misses Gail Satzinger and Susan Arvig,bridesmaids; Susie Sat zinger and John Sat zinger, flower girl and ring' bearer; the bridegroom's cousin, Phillip Dorn, usher; and the bride’s brother, Don Moody, junior usher.For her wedding gown, thebride wore a period ensembleof candlelight Alencon laceover satin, accented with pleated chiffon. Her bridal veil was studded with seed pearls and attached to a crown of lace. She carried a golden wedding medallion which Mr. Ohri had brought from India as a gift to her.For the reception and forpictures to be sent back to relatives in India, the bridewore a another wedding gift' from her father-in-law, a. white silk stole embroideredin .gold.The bridal attendants wore gowns of candy pink organza over taffeta and carried bouquets of blended pink roses.
