DEATH OF MRS. SWART.The friends of Mrs. R. Swart were shocked to learn of her death which occurred at her home on Wednesday morning at 2 A. M. Although she had been ill for several months, the end was unexpected.The deceased was the wife of the late Reinhart Swart and the daughter of the late Mrs. Gesselly, and is survive d by one daughter, Mrs. Louise S^krt Collins and three sons, Messrs R. Swart of New Mexico, William and Nicholas Swart, besides two sisters, Mrs. Rosa Gessely of this city and Mrs. Clara LaPlace of New Orleans.Mr* Swart was a devoted mother and hefr presence will be sadly missed in her home circle. She was a charter member of Henry Watkins Allen Chapter, U. D. C., in which she took a great interest and in which she was one of its most popular members. A beautiful wreath of snow drops and narcissus was sent by the chapter as a tribute of the esteem in which she was held.The services were held at the family home on East Boulevard at 4 o’clock Wednesday afternoon, Rev. Father Ramboui, officiating. The interment was made in the Magnolia t cemetery and the remains were followed by a large concourse of mourning relatives and friends. The magnificent floral offerings sent by loving friends was a testimony to the es-£ teem in which she was held in this t community.
