Porsett, of the 734th dist., G M., tolls before John A. Parker, one of the Justices of the Peace, for said district, as ;ui Estray a Clay bank colored Horse, with a dark mane and tail 'and some saddle marks, 15 handB high, about 9 years of age, valued by James Black and Richmond Barge, freeholders of said county and district, to be worth $65.The owner of said estray is required to come forward, pay charges, and take said horse away, as he will be dealt with as the law directs.
