Spring Hill wrestlers are having a rough time this season in the dueling column. The Broncos dropped their third straight last night to a strong Gardner team. GHS collected 45 points in the outing while Spring Hill could tally only 24. Both teams gave up several points on forfeits but Gardner picked up needed tallies with less vacancies. Ken Nellor in the 112- pound class, Warren Jarrett in 145 and Larry Lawrence in 185- pound class took victories on pins for Gardner. John Guillory in 105, Arlin Saville in 119 and Brian Findley in 138 had wins by pins for Spring Hill. Here is the complete scoring: 98 pound Doug Adams (G) won by forfeit. 105 pound John Guillory (SH) won on fall over Wes Stacy (G). 112 pound Ken Neller (G) won on fall over Marc Goodpasture (SH). 119 pound Arlin Saville (SH) won on fall over Robert Schasteen (G). 126 pound Paul Martin (G) won on forfeit. 132 pound Dave Hamel (G) won on forfeit. 138 pound Brian Findley (SH) won on fall over Jim Thomas (G), 145 pound Warren Jarrett (G) won on fall over Ronnie Isham (SH). 155 pound Rick Newton (SH) decisioned Curtis Smith (G), 127. 167 pound Paul Grahovac (G) decisioned David Cade (SH), 12- 3. 185 pound Larry Lawrence (G) won on fall over Gary Haney (SH). Heavyweight Jim Robinson (G) won on forfeit.
