By The Associated Press Six teenagers died in a blaz ing car-truck crash on Interstate 35, five miles south of Guthrie Friday night in what authorities described as the worst Oklaho ma traffic accident in months. Identification of the victims was impossible until late Satur day morning when the highway Patrol identified them as: Velisa Braggs, 13, of Guthrie. Sharon Moore, 15, of Guthrie. Sylvester Kirk, 16, of Wichita, Kan. Michael Kirk, 15, of Wichita, Kan. Coy Johnson, 19, of Wichita, Kan. Earl Lewis, 16, of Murdock Village, Kan. Police said the accident hap pened as the car carrying the six youths pulled off the inter state onto the shoulder and then swung back onto the highway di rectly in the path of a truck. The truck was unable to avoid striking the car from the rear, police said, and pushed the car some 450 feet. The car ignited and all six victims were killed outright. A Lawton couple, Mr. and Mrs. Earl J. Smart, both 50, were killed Friday in a car truck collision near Fort Worth. The collision occurred about three miles north of the commu nity of Rhome. Police said Mr. and Mrs. Smart were killed in stantly, and cutting torches had to be used to free their bodies.
