GEORGIA—Early County :G. W. Temples, guardian of Annie Nobles, now Mrs. T. J. Cody, having this day filed his petition in which he prays to be allowed to resign his guardianship, and it being made to appear that Wiley Brown and Willie Brooks and and Riley Nobles are the next of kin of said ward; and that T. J. Cody is a suitable person, willing to accept said trust : Therefore the said WileyBrooks and Willie-Brooks and Riley Nobles. next of kin of said ward, and T. J. Cody are required to show cause before me at the next term of this court to be held in and for said county on the first Monday in February. 1905. why the relief prayed for in said petition should not be granted. This January 2nd, 1905.
