Nancy I). Hobbs tiled an information Friday afternoon against her husband, James Hobbs,charging him with assault and battery, with intent to inflict great bodily injury. Hobbs wasarrested Friday by Constable King, and arraigned before Justice Biokley. B. W. Scott appeare I as attorney forthe defendant and a change of venue was taken to the court of Justice Rior-dan.
