It is enclosed from the weather and has six stalls, which can be used for dogs suspected of disease.It also has a ruti-around outside, which can be used to exercise dogs and for extra space, It is located at the disposal plant.The pound at Freeport consists of a chain link fence enclosing two cages with a flour of rough, sharp-edged shell.
