rite women of I lie Federated Clubs of Arkansas are out with petitions asking: our state legislature to establish a reform school for boys and girls, for an amendment of the laws so as to permit women physicians in hospitals and for woman suffrage in school elections. These are all excellent reform measures and the women show good statesmanship in what they ask for. The question now arises, will our legislators show equally as good statesmanship by granting the prayers of the women ?
