It has been used for centuries. It meant those who were dead. And, after a fashion, it still does. The “silent majority” won’t save us from the war, dictatorship, and slavery!The “silent majority” has never saved any nation. History is made by dedicated minorities, not by silent majorities who ride the tides of cowardice and retreat.The “silent majority” sat by and saw Christ crucified. The “silent majority” permitted the reign of terror in the French Revolution. The silent majority watched as the Christians were burned at the stake.defended the bridge at Concord. Only a few signed the Declaration of Independence.Louder than the noise of the bad people is the silence of the good people. Many of you “good people” are mainly concerned with how to stay awake on a full stomach. As one American general put it: “Those who have the most to lose will be the last to resist. Much of the “silent majority” is neither blind nor innocent; it is gutless and guilty.Freedeom is not free. It's not cheap. It comes high. Our forefathers paid dearly. You of the “silent majority” have sat on the sidelines all your life, and never paid the admittance price. Why should you be free when the majority of the people of the world are not? When will you of the famed “silent majority” come down out of the grandstand and get into the game? When it’s too late?For those of you who in blindness cannot see the danger. I have pity. For those of you who know and do nothing, I have only contempt.
