They invite medical men, managers of institutions, employers of labour, and other persons to furnish them with particulars of outbreaks of the disease occurring under circumstances which will admit of its exact study; such as among the inmates of institutions or the servants in large establishments, in isolated village communities, or on board ships at sea. The dates of attack are considered specially important.The epidemic is also spreading in the country. There is a great amount of sickness among the troops at Aldershot, Colchester, and Windsor.
