The thirteenth annual meeting of the Per petual Building and Loan Association was held at the office of Secretary Simmons Thursday evening. A 3 per cent, semi annual dividend was declared and the fol lowing officers elected for the ensuing year James Lawler, president; Chas, Laurance, vice president; Joseph Moore, secretary; A. B. Van Albada, treasurer; W. A. Rob ertson, John Dietz and John Tisher, direct ors. A vote of thanks was tendered the retiring secretary, I. A.
