It is to be conducted, says its introductory note, “according to the liking of its editor, and in almost every respect it will be unlike any periodical in the State.”It succeeds the Evergreen, and will probably pursue the objects of that journal—the chronicling and fostering of Literature in North-Carolina. Terms—$1 a year, in advance.
