HINSHAW |Argument I*or » Now Trial Before the .Supreme Court Wednesday.The Hinshaw murder case was argued on appeal before the Supreme court at Indianapolis Wednesday.The court room, which usually is empty, held the largest audience this court has faced, including Methodist preach ers. The argument was on the testimony in the court below, the state contending that no one but Hinshaw | was pointed out as the murderer of his wife, while llinshaw’s lawyers held that state’s witnesses could not have seen what they testified to and the evidence below was not sufficient to convict and that Hinshaw is entitled to a new trial. No decision until next week is expected.
