Mr. Arion, from tho committee on tho Stato Bank, reported a bill providing for the payment of the debt duo tho State Bank of Indiana and for monies paid for tho State; which passed to a second reading. Mr. Clark offered a resolution which wns adopted, relative to the extension of tho Southern Division of the Central canal to Damasco city, and whether the work done thereon was paid for out of the Stato funds, c.
