Berg, widow, to Home Building and L,oan Association of Mobile, a corporation, dated May let,1931, which mortgage la recorded in129 N. S. pthe records in the office of the JudgeMortgage Book 129 N. S. page 412 ofof the Probat a Court of Mob Ha County* Alabama, and convoys the real proparty hereinafter described, and said default having’ continued uncorracted for a period of more than three months, notice is hereby given thatthe undersigned Home Building and Loan Association, acting under and by virtue of the power of sale In said mortgage contained, will at twelve o'clock midday on Thursday, January I flit* 1933, proceed to foreclose said mortgage, by selling at public outcryfor cash to the highest bidder, in front of the Government Street, entrance of the Courthouse, located In * the City of Mobile, Alabama, all of the realEroperty described in and conveyed y said mortgage, which said real property is situated in the City and County of Mobile, Alabama, and is described as follows:That lot of land commencing at thenortheast corner of Texas and Bayou Streets: running thence eastwardly on the north side of Texas Street 157 feet 1 Inch; thence northwardly 105 feet; thence west and parallel with Texas Street 7 feet; thence north and parallel with Scott Street 12 feet; thence westwardly and parallel with Texas Street 149 feet 8 inches to the east side of Bayou Street; thence southwardly on the east side of Bayou Street 117 feet to the point of beginning. Being Lots 1 and 2 and the greater portion of Lot 3 in Square 152 of the Bernoudy Tract.Also all interest of Wilhelmina E.
