PLUMS TO FALL TO DEMOCRATSAccording to a story going the rounds of the range there will short-ly be a reorganization of the state game and fish commission and both Range Member Meyers of Biwabik and Game Warden George Wood will be succeeded by democratic appointees of Governor Hammond. While the: story does not apear to be well founded it is nevertheless persistent.Several well known Range democrats are known to be anxious for places on the state game and fish commission and Governor Hammond has a warm spot in his heart for1 Range democrats inasmuch as he received a fine vote in this section, which is normally largely republican.Who is slated to succeed Mr. Meyers and who to succeed Mr. Wood, is not [ indicated in the stories regarding the ' changes which are going the round*.
