FILES CONTEST.John Good rich filed a content Saturday, through his attorney, B. L. Keenan, claiming- that Ik* bad received a majority of the votes for sheriff of Adair county, and asking- the district couft to unseat .John Alberty,the present occupant, and instruct the election commissioners to issue a certificate of election to Mr. Goodrich.
