Blaze Fatal To Area ManAUGUSTA—Services were to be held today in Allmon Funeral Home at Carrollton for Forest W. Piatt, 74, of here. He died Thursday afternoon in a fire which swept through his home. Carroll County Coroner1 T.J. Atchison ruled an accidental death from asphyxiation and bums.Fire Chief C. L. Manfull said, the fire started in a back room of Piatt’s 2-room home, but did ' not determine the cause. Sheriff Dean Yeager is investigating.Rev. Hayes Deitz will offici-| ate with graveside services Sa-, turday at 3:15 p.m. in Maple Grove Cemetery at Ravenna.Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Grace Smith of Ravenna;2 brothers, Lester of Freeport and John of Uhrichsville; a sister, Mrs. Josephine Brown of Zanesville; 2 grandchildren and3 great-grandchildren. His wife,Mary, died in 1946./
