He was attached to numerous ships and bases throughout hi the world and during World War £1. he participated in the phillippine Liberation. He wears the Bronze Stai and many theatre and service jn id i ribbons. te[r. Commander Fehler is originally from Cullman, where his mother,' ^ly Mrs. Ela Von Werdt Fehler, resides at 100 5th Street. He graduated ' p) from Cullman County High School and attended Saint Bernard College th and the University of Alabama. ltj In November. 1947, he married the former Miss Jeanne Hoffman of me Jacksonville, Florida, and at present Commander and Mrs. Fehler and j their two children, Steven and John, are living at 1105 Westmoreland Ave., Norfolk, Virginia.Former Commander Ralph R.
