Car clouters renewed activities here Monday. Ray Twiss, San Bernardino, told police a suitcase and cloth ing was stolen from his automo bile parked at Indian avenue and Andreas road Monday. A nervier theft was reported by Phil Johnsonbaugh of Cathed ral City the same day. He told police that a suitcase rack, affixed to the top of his automobile was stolen as the car was parked on Palm Canyon drive in the 200 block.
