State Officer, Formerly of Van Wert County, Will Deliver Lecture, Next Friday Night. The second number of the course of lectures at Brumback Library is scheduled for next Friday night, at 7:45 o'clock. Ray Fife, of the Ohio State Department of Education and President of the American Vocational Association, at Columbus, will dis cuss “The Needs for Avocations.” The library management announces: It is often said that Americans live too intensively and rapidly; that probably, they accomplish more in a given length of time, than people of any other nation, but that they do not know how to play. For these reasons, Mr. Fife’s subject seems especially timely in this period of economic and social uncertainties. Mr. Fife was a Van Wert county man and for several years was super intendent of rural schools in Union and Tully townships. The public is invited to hear him at this time.
