Wiit of Domestic Attachment.NOTICE is hereby given that on the 14th day of Dec. 1841. a writ ol domestic attachment was issued by me, Jacob Hite a justice of the peace, in and for said county of Rush, nt the install *o and upon the affidavit of Jss. M. Corkle, against the goods, chattels, rights, credits and effects of James Burk; by virtue of said writ, a lease of land was attached on the premises of David B. Stewart, have been attached as the property of said James Burk, and (hat on the 22nd day of January, 1842, at my of ficein iticbland township, in said county, I will proceed to hear and decide upon the said attachment, of which the said James Burk and all others concerned wilt take notice.
