MERCANTILE JOURNAL.THURSDAY, January 7, 1SI9.We regret to state, that the melancholy tiding recently received from Harbor-Grace and its neighbourhood, ore confirmed. Among the number of Bout* which were unlbrlunately out in the severe Mtow storm of the S3d ult. two of them were unable to regain the whore, and every soul on board perished. The names of those who suffered, as far a* we are able to collect, are Henry Butt, his son, and two servant men, of Clown’s Cove; Edward Parsons, Charles Parsons, his son Jonathon, and a servant man, belonging llt;\ Frth-Water.—Henry Butt was picked up on the following evening and buried at Bay Roberts.— Edward Parsons was found on the 2.Vh, lying in the bottom of his boat, which had drifted on shore.Three boats, with ten hands, were missing out of Trinity boy and supposed to be lost in the same gale.Another boat belonging to the heud of the bay was missing, the crew of witch were said to hove got ashore on the Little Bell Isle..—R, Gas.
