Davis, 77, were held Friday from the United Methodist Church with the Rev. M. C, Sutherland officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery and the Willim Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Davis died Tuesday at Golden Acres Manor here,Lorril 0. Davis was born June 26, 1897, in Franklin county, the son of Oscar and Sarah Hamblin Davis. He and Dorothy Martin were married April 2, 1919, at Hampton. Mr. Davis was a member of the United Methodist Church.In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Oscar and Larry, both of Tulsa, Okla., and Glenn of Webster City; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Wave) Allison of Iowa Falls and Mrs. Glen (Irene) Bailey of Grove, Okla.; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Evert of Ankeny; and two sisters, Mrs. Eva Boyington of Granger, Wash., and Mrs. Vera Whipple of Hampton..Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
