Petition For Charter.Georgia. Decatur County.To the Superior oCurt of eaid County:The petition of R. B. Coleman, J. S. McKee, and W. W. Collier, re* ■pectfullv showeth:1 That they have formed and en* lured into an association under the name and style of “Mexican Gulf Oil and Mineral Company.”2 The object of said association is the mutual gain of the stockholders thereof, by conducting in its corporate capacity the buiineM herein described.3 The particular bussness that petitioners propose to carry on is the boring of oil. and the mining of all kinds of mineral, snd also the refining of said products, and for the proper conduct oi said business they desire the following rights, powers and privileges:a To buy, build, operate and maintain any and all kinds of machinery ihat m»r be necessary in said business.b To buy. build, and operate tiamroads,c To buy and sell goods, wares, and merchandise in connection with their various oil wells, and mines.d To buy, sell, own, lease, rent and hire all kiuds of real or personal
