Blnck And Wlilte.Frank and Linn Brooks, two coloredbarbers of this city, were found by thepolice last night basking in the smiles ofNell Troutman and Ellen Lambert, re*spectively, at the low dive of the latteron the corner of Third aud Marketstreets. The four worthies were takento the city jail far the remainder of thenight. This morning the boys furnished security for their floe* ($10 each), and were allowed their liberty. The girls are still in the hastile, their cases not yet having been disposed of.
