Payzant, to be a Notary ,and Tutellion Public. 5. Ni Porter, to be a seizing officer at Chipman Brook, Kings. Charles Twining, to be a Justice of the Peace, Halifax. John McDonald, to be Custos of Antigonish. Gev. McLellan, to be a Justice of the Peace, Cumberland, Board of Health, New Glasgow .—Geo. Mur ray, M. D., W. Fraser, M. D., Basil Bell, J. W. Jackson, Donald McDonald, Caracchio N.—In the communication in our Inst isage signed “ Anti-Coercion” there was an omission of a word which considerably altered the writer’s meaning. In the 9th line from the bottom the words “ with wnion” should have read “ without union.”
