All that plantation or tract of landknown as ‘4Weymouth,v situate, lying andI being in the County ot Georgetown, State of Sooth Carolina, coutaixiing two hundredarid forty-seven (247) acres of rice land and three him lred and sixty-six (366) acres of provision and wood land, more or less,hutting and hounding to the north andnorthesat on a plantation known as “Milton, ” formorlr belonging to the Estate of Ralph S. Iza.d, hut conveyed by W. D. Rotter. Master, to Josephine Izard May, by deed bearing date March 25th, 1880, and lands of Dr. Jaa. R. Sparkman; to the south and southeast on Jerieo Creek and Pee Dee River; to the sowtb and southwest on a plantation known ** *‘Hickory Hill,’* formerly belonging to the Estate of RalphS. lzardf* deceased; and to the west and nortnwe* ton lands of the said “Weymouth’1 plantation, having such shape and dimensions as are more particularly delineated on a plan of same made by C. Ferri, D. S., March 13th. 1880* being the land which was conveyed to Esther J, Sampson, deceased, by W. D. Porter, Master, by deed hearing date the 25th day of March 1830 and recorded in ttie office of the Register of Mesne Conveyances fo* the County of Georgetown aforesaid, in Book %*FM page®434 436.2.
